Integrated Care of Newborn and Child Diseases at the Community Level (PCIMNE-C)
(Promotion of 17 key family practices for newborn and child survival).
- Promoting the physical growth and mental development of the child.
- Disease prevention: vaccination, IBD, IEC, home visits.
- Appropriate home care: diarrhea, malaria, pallor, cough/cold, pneumonia, stuffy nose, injuries, accidents.
- Care for the mother and the newborn.
- Referral of cases as required according to national reference and counter-reference guidelines.
Promoting hygiene, sanitation and the use of clean water
- IEC/CCC (water hygiene, living environment, waste and wastewater management, hand washing).
- Monitoring (food, public and emergency hygiene).
Tuberculosis management at the community level (community dots)
- Early reference of chronic coughers,
- Supervision of TB drug use,
- Search for irregular patients,
- IEC/CCC.
Integrated disease surveillance at the community level
- Notification/census of cases (target diseases of EPI, diseases with epidemic potential, other diseases: malaria, dracunculosis, etc.) and noncommunicable diseases.
- Reporting cases to health training managers.

Integrated drug, vaccine and product/material distribution campaigns
- Social mobilization before, during and after the campaign,
- Polio Vaccine Administration, Vitamin A, Albendazole,

Maternal and Child Health
- Social mobilization and IEC/CCC on the importance of Focused/Focused Prenatal Consultation, skilled delivery and Family Planning,

- Management of simple cases of malaria at home (PECADOM),
- Detection and reference of serious cases according to national reference and counter-reference guidelines,
- Promoting the use of IBD,
- Search for lost sight (Unassiduous pregnant women for CPN/TPI),
- IEC/CCC.
Emergency management (venomous bites, domestic and other accidents, etc.) and in disaster situations
- IEC/CCC,
- Taking care of cases with "first life-saving actions"
- Reference to the need according to the national guidelines of reference and against reference.
Promoting blood donation
- IEC/CCC on the importance of blood donation.
Fight against noncommunicable diseases (HTA, diabetes, hemoglobinopathies, cancers, gout,…)

Post-abortion care

- Refer women complaining of pelvic pain, vaginal discharge according to national reference guidelines and against reference.
Provides emergency obstetric and neonal care (UNS)
- SONE-specific IEC and SONUB,
- Make home visits,
- Actively search for Missed Appointments,
- Refer pregnant women, births and newborns to the USP as required according to national guidelines of reference and against reference,
- Contribute to the review of maternal deaths.
Provides palliative care
- Administration of prescribed products,
