CRIPS-TOGO operates in two health districts (Lomé Commune Health District No. 2 and AVé Health District) thanks to its two medical and social centres: the "DZIDZO de SID'ESPOIR" medical and social centre in Lomé in Health District No. 2 and "ATE AND CARIN HEMMES" medical and social centre in Noah's AVE Health District.
Both centres have been granted permission to practice by the Ministry of Health: 30 April 2012 for the centre of Lomé and 11 February 2014 for the Noépé centre. These authorizations rank the two centres in the list of Type I (Type I Peripheral Care Unit) facilities that enable them to provide the full package of primary health care activities to the general population.
The two centres cover their respective prefectures as a territory, but the beneficiaries come from all the cities of Togo and the border countries (Benin and Ghana). This is the case for patients who want to be followed in the utmost discretion. The beneficiaries are people living with HIV, the general population and young people.
