Saturday, September 22, 2018: Lots of school supplies and medical equipment worth 2 million CFA francs offered to nearly fifty primary and secondary children and the Noah's Peripheral Care Unit; this is an action by Rotary Club Lomé Pearl towards this more disadvantaged part of the Avé.
This social action was made possible by the NGO Centre for Research and Information for Health CRIPS-TOGO, partner of the humanitarian association.
Comprised of notebooks, books, pens, etc., and an envelope for the payment of school fees, the first batch worth 1 million CFA francs made it easier for unsupported students whose parents are affected by an illness to be facilitated. A real consolation for these children who have not known where to give their heads at this school year.
Rotary club Lomé Perle and CRIPS-Togo also relieved the sentences of USP Noah patients with a donation worth 1 million CFA francs. Microscope, blood pressure monitor, walker, scales, gallows and other materials are contained in this batch which according to Dr. Assang Michel Dossim, president of Rotary Club Lomé Perle, is a response to the lack of medical equipment in this health structure.
